How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a visit to the property. We look at the slope, the water, the soil and the plants, and we listen to what you want. After that, we put the quote in writing. It lists what is included, what is not and what could change the cost, such as a buried obstacle found during digging.
We schedule around the weather, because wet clay is hard on equipment and on your yard. Utilities are located before we dig. We keep the site tidy, explain how to care for new grass and plants, and walk through the finished job with you. If you are comparing quotes, we are happy to explain ours line by line. It is always sensible to ask any contractor for proof of license and insurance where it applies.
